Best Buffet Deal in Waikiki at the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani
This is one of my favorite new low-cost finds! It is a delicious Italian dinner buffet with prime rib and crab for a steal!
The Sheraton Princess Kaiulani now offers a dinner buffet at their La Costa Italiano restaurant that costs $34.95 for adults and $17.50 for children between the ages of 6 and 12. BUT GET THIS- Kamaaina get 25% off, and a child under 12 years old eats free with each paying adult. YEAH.
Btw after the 25% kamaaina discount, the total comes out to just over $26.
Don’t let the affordability fool you, this delicious buffet includes all of the favorites- prime rib, crab legs, and great Italian dishes like cioppino, chicken marsala, baked ziti with spinach, mushroom risotto, mussels, pastas & more.
I went to check out the buffet with a few of my foodie friends during a Hawaii’s Best Kitchens event and of course I took plenty of pictures. Here’s a look!
To start, I had to try a little bit of everything. It’s hard for me to not get carried away just in the meat & cheese section, but I knew I had a lot of ground to cover. I tried just about everything except for the crab (newly allergic), and every dish was really good.
I filled my second and third plate with my favorites- prime rib & mushroom risotto. I even put the gravy for the meat on the risotto, and it is honestly the best thing I’ve eaten in a while. SO TASTY!
And of course, dessert!
I love that they have such a great variety of sweets to choose from.
During dinner, we even were serenaded by Kapena! They have live music throughout the week, but call ahead to make sure it’s on the night you go.
The cost of the La Costa Italiano dinner buffet is $34.95 for adults and $17.50 for children between the ages of 6 and 12. Again, kama‘āina receive an additional 25 percent off (with proof of residency) and free validated parking is available at the hotel for 4 hours.
*Heads up, the crab legs are only served on Saturdays, but it is still the same price!
