VLOG: Weekend in Kauai at Koloa Landing Resort

Tom and I spent an amazing three-day weekend at Koloa Landing Resort two weeks ago. The resort was beautiful and everything we could have hoped for, click here to read more about the resort experience!
We arrived on a Friday with a group of our blogger friends and squeezed in as many activities as possible! I’ve always said that Kauai is my favorite island, and I’m reminded why each time I return. Check out the video to see what we did! Below is a quick write up of our itinerary. Such a blast!

The afternoon we arrived, we spent our time enjoying the resort. The first night, we ate dinner at one of the resort’s banquet rooms. The set up was so pretty with delicious little dishes, beautifully displayed. Every week, the resort hosts a s’mores night, which we then took full advantage of. We ended off the night cruising with our friends in the jacuzzi.

Our first full day, we got to enjoy all that the resort has to offer. We started the morning with a delicious breakfast at Holo Holo Grill, which has banana pancakes that are to die for. After breakfast we spent the rest of the morning enjoying the pools and playing on the water slides.

After a few hours at the pool, we walked over to the Shops at Kukuiula and had lunch at Savage Shrimp and a chocolate banana for dessert at Uncle’s Shave Ice. After lunch, we walked back to Koloa Landing and a few of us headed out to Koloa Rum Company Store. There, we did a rum tasting which was a lot of fun and informative. When we got back, we enjoyed a beautiful dinner on the resort’s lawn. We ended the evening with a super fun game of volleyball with our friends. #teamundertheinfluencers!

Our final full day was a blast! We went with Capt Andy’s on 5.5 hour Na Pali Coast snorkel sail. It was incredible! If you remember from my first ever Kauai post, I said that the Na Pali sail is a MUST do! I definitely stand by that, this was my favorite part of the weekend. They even served us breakfast and lunch! We saw the giant sea cliffs, waterfalls and SO MANY dolphins. This experience was magical.

After the snorkel sail, we toured Kauai Coffee Co. before heading back to Koloa Landing. After a quick nap, Tom and I headed to The Spa for a relaxing couples massage.

After the best day ever, we went back to the Shops at Kukuiula to have the best dinner ever! We enjoyed a fabulous meal at the original Eating House 1849, and were joined by Chef Roy himself. Such a treat!

We ended our last evening with a dip in the hot tub before heading back to our room to start packing up.

We had such an amazing weekend at Koloa Landing Resort. It’s incredible how many attractions and activities are around the property, and I wish I could have squeezed in a few more. Can’t wait for my next hop over…hopefully soon!
