PAI Honolulu: 2nd Anniversary, New Happy Hour, Charcuterie Launch
Today is PAI Honolulu’s 2nd Anniversary!
To celebrate a great two years, there is a special anniversary menu this weekend, a new charcuterie program, and new happy hour dishes.
I checked out the latest charcuterie and happy hour dishes last week at a fabulous lunch! Here is a look at some of the new additions.
For the charcuterie, the set is served on little dishes instead of a typical charcuterie board. There are seven types of cured meats: lamb merguez (North African sausage), finocchiona (Italian pork-based fennel sausage), soppressata (Italian dry salami), chorizo (Spanish pork sausage seasoned with garlic and pimentón), mortadella (Italian sausage, similar to bologna), pepperoni and Chinese five-spice salami. The $35 standard charcuterie set includes four meats, house-made pickles, nuts, fruit, whipped ricotta cheese with honey, popcorn and sourdough crisps.
You can also upgrade your charcuterie set with extra add-ons.
Above are some of the happy hour dishes! PAI’s happy hour runs 5-6 p.m, Tuesday through Saturday, offering food and drink specials.
For the restaurant’s second anniversary, today June 13, there is a special prix-fixe “PAI Favorites” menu. Four-course and six-course options are available; $85 and $125 per person, complimentary glass of sparkling wine with the six-course menu.
